Return Process

  Log into your Amazon Flex account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed by our team.
